Ronald O. Perelman
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Ronald O. Perelman is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc., a diversified holding company with interests in consumer products, entertainment, financial services, biotechnology and gaming. Among the principal interests of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. are: Revlon, Inc., AM General, Scientific Games Corporation, TransTech Pharma, Inc., SIGA Technologies, Inc., Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc., Harland Clarke, Valassis, and Scantron.
In addition to his extensive business interests, Mr. Perelman is an active philanthropist who believes powerful results can be achieved when financial resources are leveraged with human resolve. He has established the Revlon/UCLA Women's Cancer Research Program, the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at New York University Langone Medical Center, the Ronald O. Perelman Heart Institute at New York Presbyterian Hospital and the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical Center. He serves on the Board the University of Pennsylvania, the New York University Langone Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center, Columbia University, Ford's Theater, Apollo Theater Foundation and the Executive Board of Carnegie Hall. He is a member of the French Legion of Honor.
Mr. Perelman holds a BS in Economics and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in New York City and is the father of eight children.
Barry F. Schwartz
Executive Vice Chairman
Barry F. Schwartz is the Executive Vice Chairman of MacAndrews and Forbes Holdings Inc. He joined the company in 1989 and assumed his current duties in 2007. He serves on the boards of Harland Clarke Holdings Corp., Revlon Consumer Products Corporation, Revlon, Inc., Scientific Games Corporation and Deluxe Entertainment.
Mr. Schwartz is Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Kenyon College and a member of the Georgetown University Law Center Board of Visitors and a Trustee of the City University of New York. Mr. Schwartz is also a member of the Boards of Directors of the New York City Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Human Rights First and the NYU Langone Medical Center.
Mr. Schwartz received his A.B., cum laude, from Kenyon College in 1970 and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1974.
William C. Bevins
Senior Executive Vice President
William C. Bevins has been Senior Executive Vice President of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. since December 2010. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Panavision Inc. from June 2009 until June 2011. He has also served as a director of SIGA since March 2011. Mr. Bevins was consultant to MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. from 1997 to 2000. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as director, of Andrews Group Incorporated, an entertainment media holding company, from 1988 to his retirement in 1997, as well as of its two publicly traded operating subsidiaries, New World Communications Group Incorporated (from 1993 to 1997) and Marvel Entertainment Group, Inc. (from 1989 to 1996). From 1979 to 1988, he was Chief Financial Officer of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., a media and entertainment company.
Steven M. Cohen
Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel
Steven M. Cohen is the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. He joined the company in 2013. Mr. Cohen previously served as Secretary (chief of staff) to New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, and prior to that served as Mr. Cuomo’s Counsellor and Chief of Staff in the New York State Attorney General’s Office. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Cohen was a partner at a private law firm. He previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, where he was chief of the violent gangs unit, as well as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Stanley Sporkin and U.S. Appellate Judge Frank X. Altimari. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and New York University.
David L. Kennedy

David L. Kennedy has been Senior Executive Vice President of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, Inc. since August 1, 2014, having previously served as Senior Executive Vice President of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, Inc. from May 2009, until November 2013. Mr. Kennedy serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Revlon, Inc. and Scientific Games Corporation. From June 2002, until joining MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, Inc., he served in various senior leadership and management roles at Revlon, Inc. including CEO from September 2006 to May 2009. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Scientific Games Corporation since October 2009. From 1998 to 1997, he was Managing Director of the Board of Coca-Cola Amatil Limited, a publicly-traded company with headquarters in Sydney, Australia, and operations in several countries in the Asia Pacific Region. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Kennedy served as General Manager of the Coca-Cola USA Fountain Division of The Coca-Cola Company, which he joined in 1980. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of UCLA and the University of North Alabama.
Paul G. Savas

Paul G. Savas is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. He joined the company in 1994 as Director of Corporate Finance, served the Company in various positions of increasing responsibility and became Chief Financial Officer in 2007. He also serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of M & F Worldwide Corp. and sits on the boards of SIGA Technologies, Inc., Harland Clarke Holdings Corp., and TransTech Pharma, Inc.
Frances Fragos Townsend

Frances Fragos Townsend is the Executive Vice President at MacAndrews and Forbes Holdings Inc. Ms. Townsend was a corporate partner at the law firm of Baker Botts, LLP. Previously, she served as Assistant to President George W. Bush for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism and chaired the Homeland Security Council from May 2004 until January 2008. Ms. Townsend is an on air contributor for CNN as a counterterrorism, national and homeland security expert. Ms. Townsend spent 13 years at the U.S. Department of Justice under the administrations of President George H. W. Bush, President Bill Clinton and President George W. Bush. Ms. Townsend is a Director and chairs the compensation committees of 3 private company Boards and serves as Director of 2 public companies. She serves on numerous government advisory and nonprofit boards. Ms. Townsend chairs the Board of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance and is a member of the Board of the Bipartisan Policy Council. She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission.
